Individual Nutrition Counselling

The first consultation will last for an hour and a quarter, during which a full assessment of your health and medical history, current eating habits, overall lifestyle, and goals will be done. This will assist me to compile an individual plan to include nutritional advice, lifestyle changes and supplementation, while taking into consideration your personal needs and preferences.

Follow-up consultations are generally half an hour and are focused on assessing progress, answering all your food and nutrition questions, addressing any challenges or problem areas, and helping you to stay motivated and inspired. The number of consultations depends on how quickly your body reaches/returns to a healthy state of balance, to ensure that your metabolism functions optimally, going forward

  • Cardiovascular Diseases: hypertension, high cholesterol
  • Diabetes: type 1, type 2, prediabetes, gestational
  • Weight management: weight loss and weight gain
  • GI Disorders: celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, crohn's, colitis
  • Food allergy/intolerance
  • Vegetarian/vegan nutrition
  • Women's Health: pregnancy, osteoporosis/low bone density, anemia
