Nicole is passionate about health and nutrition & believes that food is the fundamental foundation of health. She helps people discern from the overwhelming and contradicting information and advice available on food, health and lifestyle and provides an honest and informative approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle. Nicole believes that to nourish and nurture our bodies, we need to eat what we are designed to eat, source high quality, nutrient dense foods, be mindful of how we prepare our food, in order to support digestion and nutrient assimilation and to adopt a lifestyle that is conducive of physical, mental and emotional health.
Nicole holds a Nutrition Diploma from the U.K and is in continued studies in the field.
She consults in her individual capacity on a one-to-one basis, and is based in the Western Cape. Special interests include weight management and disease prevention.
